Role Description The Barista role at DinerGuru FandB Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring consistent recipes and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation,



handling food preparation for light snacks, and restocking supplies. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide prompt, courteous customer service. The role also involves collaborating with team members, following hygiene and safety standards, and supporting training or demonstration activities related to beverage service when required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests positively and handle busy service periods.
Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee equipment handling, and basic Food Preparation abilities.
