Front Wave Research is looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to help us build and scale our presence across digital platforms.

We are a SEBI-registered research platform operating across the financial markets. As we scale, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of how our research, ideas and brand are communicated to investors.

This is not a role where you inherit a large marketing engine.
You will be helping us build one.

What will you work on?
You will work closely with the founder and research team across:
Social Media & Content
Own and manage our presence across LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms
Convert research, market insights and company updates into high-quality social content
Build a structured content calendar and ensure consistent publishing
Identify formats and themes that can increase reach, engagement and brand recall
Track performance and continuously improve what we publish
Research Distribution & Investor Communication
Plan communication around every major research note, investment idea and market update released by Front Wave




Help distribute research intelligently across social media, investor communities, email, WhatsApp and other channels
Repurpose long-form research into posts, graphics, snippets, short-form content and campaigns
Ensure important research does not simply get published—it gets seen by the right audience
Brand & Creative Direction
Maintain consistency across our visual identity, communication and positioning
Work with designers and internal stakeholders on report covers, social creatives, website communication and other brand assets
Help develop a premium, credible and recognisable identity for Front Wave across platforms
Growth & Conversion
Think beyond impressions and followers
Help build campaigns that move investors from discovering Front Wave → engaging with our research → becoming a lead → eventually becoming a client
Experiment with recent distribution channels, partnerships and growth ideas
