Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS qualified with strong exposure to implementing, managing, and optimizing Human Resource Information Systems across the Middle East region. The candidate will be responsible for HR systems administration, process automation, reporting, analytics, data governance, and supporting HR digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
Lead HRIS implementation, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
Configure HR modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, and Payroll interfaces.
