Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer management and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring timelines, translating business needs into effective hiring plans.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networking, and engagement of passive candidates.
Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate fit, motivation,



and alignment with role requirements.
Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Manage interview scheduling and stakeholder communication, keeping hiring teams informed on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring progress.
Leverage sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruiting technologies to identify and engage top talent efficiently.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversion rates, hiring progress, and challenges.
Maintain high standards of process compliance, documentation, and candidate data management.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring for Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Cloud, or related technology roles.
Proven success in sourcing and closing talent across competitive technology skill sets.
