Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising sales performance,



and maintaining visual merchandising standards that align with Frikly’s brand. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with supply teams, and implements retail loss prevention practices to safeguard assets. They handle customer escalations, guide team members in delivering high-quality service, and track key metrics such as footfall, conversion, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and mentoring store associates, driving local marketing initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to meet revenue and operational targets.
