Xometry is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to define and lead the long-term technical architecture and execution for a key global platform critical to Xometry's success (e.g., Buyer Experience, Partner Experience, Pricing, Quality, Sourcing, etc.).



This role is a senior technical leadership position responsible for driving engineering excellence and digital transformation through customer-centric, AI-driven engineering solutions.

As a founding Principal Software Engineer for Xometry's India PDT team, you will be instrumental in elevating engineering practice, influencing cross-functional leaders, and ensuring our marketplace systems deliver measurable business value at scale. You will be partnering closely with product and engineering leadership across Xometry's global offices.
