Key Responsibilities

Database Administration and Operations
Administer, monitor and maintain Oracle databases across production, staging and development environments within client estates.
Perform installations, patching, upgrades and configuration changes, including quarterly Release Update cycles, within approved change windows.
Manage users, roles, profiles, privileges and auditing, and enforce access standards that satisfy client and regulatory requirements.
Administer tablespaces, storage, ASM disk groups and capacity growth, raising forecasts before capacity becomes an incident.
Support Oracle RAC, Data Guard and standby environments, including planned switchover and failover testing.

Incident, Request and Escalation Management
Own incidents, service requests and problem records end to end within agreed SLA t
