Experience Range: 5 to 15 years
Must Have Skills:
- 5–12 years of overall IT experience with robust Oracle Fusion Cloud technical exposure
Deep hands-on expertise with Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio (VBS/VBCS), and Fusion SaaS extensibility patterns
Strong architectural understanding of Fusion Cloud extension strategy (config vs extension, supported frameworks, upgrade-safe design)
Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and event/file-based mechanisms
Strong expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion data models; ability to define reporting strategy and standards
Extensive experience with FBDI / ADFdi–based data migration and mass data governance
Strong understanding of Fusion security architecture (job roles, data roles, privileges, role hierarchy)
Experience handling quarterly Oracle updates, impact analysis, regression strategy, and production governance
Experience of 2+ large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
