· 5–10 years in transportation, FTL logistics, fleet operations or linehaul operations.

· Develop and maintain a robust transporter network across the East Zone.

· Identify new transporters/market vehicles where required.

· Evaluate transporter performance.

· Negotiate spot-market vehicle requirements within approved commercial guidelines.

· Maintain transporter rate cards.

· Monitor transporter SLA performance.

· Resolve transporter disputes and operational issues.

· Ensure sufficient vehicle availability during peak season.

· Reduce dependency on a small number of transporters.

· Follow up with drivers/transporter control rooms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
