Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead to join our Tax team, focusing on Pillar 2 work for global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery team, acting as the primary point of contact for the Leadership team and Local Member Firms (MFs), and driving business development initiatives. The key roles and responsibilities are:

- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the service delivery team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of tax services related to Pillar 2 compliance and advisory. •Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Leadership team and Local MFs, ensuring effective communication and coordination. •Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in Pillar 2 and global tax regulations to expand our client base. •Project Management: Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget,



and to the highest standards. •Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex tax issues, particularly those related to Pillar 2. •Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and manage risks associated with tax advisory and compliance services. •Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and qualified growth. •

Preferred candidate profile :

- CA / CPA / ACCA with 10+ years of exp
- Post qualification, International tax experience with a public accounting / advisory firm or similar organization,
- Must have experience of preparation of Corporate Income Tax Returns, ideally for multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience in Transfer Pricing or CbCR preparation
- Must have experience in BEPS Pillar 2
