Role Description Training Manager – Pharma

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training and development initiatives for our sales team.





Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs of Medical Representatives and sales teams.
- Plan and conduct effective product and sales training programs.
- Conduct field coaching and on-the-job training.
- Develop training modules, processes and SOPs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Work closely with Sales Management to align training with business requirements.
- Continuously improve training methods and content.
- Manage and mentor the training team.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm – Pharmaceutics
- 7–8 years of experience in Pharma Training
- Strong knowledge of Polymers – Essential
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and facilitation abilities.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
