- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

- Develop curriculum for sales training sessions, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.

- Conduct regular evaluations of training effectiveness through feedback forms and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Job Requirements :

- 1-20 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training role.

- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).

- Proven track record in designing effective sales training programs that drive business results.
