Role Description The Trainer role at Freelancing is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, focused on delivering high-quality training sessions to learners in various professional and technical domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring training modules, preparing instructional materials, and conducting interactive classroom or workshop-style sessions. The Trainer will assess learner needs, provide individual and group feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels and learning styles.

Additional tasks include tracking learner progress, maintaining accurate training records,



and collaborating with the team to refine curricula and introduce recent learning resources. The role also involves staying current with industry trends to ensure that all training content remains relevant and practical.

Qualifications

- Ability to design clear, structured training programs and course materials that align with defined learning outcomes.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the capacity to engage diverse groups and encourage active participation.
