We are looking for dynamic, confident, and experienced Trainers to conduct impactful training programmes for large groups of employees and other audiences.
The selected candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, structured, and result-oriented training sessions in the respective regional language. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong public-speaking skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence large audiences.

We are looking for one Trainer for each of the following languages:
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Hindi
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective training programmes for large groups.
- Conduct engaging classroom and group training sessions in the respective language.
- Develop training content, presentations, activities, and supporting materials as required.
- Communicate concepts clearly and effectively to participants with different levels of understanding.
- Use appropriate training methodologies to maintain audience interest and participation.
- Encourage interaction, participation, discussions, and practical learning during sessions.
- Adapt training delivery based on the audience, business requirements, and learning objectives.
- Ensure training programmes are structured, practical, and focused on measurable outcomes.
- Assess participant understanding and provide appropriate feedback and guidance.
- Maintain a professional and energetic training setting.
- Travel to different locations as required for conducting training programmes.
- Coordinate with the management/training team to understand training requirements and programme objectives.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent command of the respective regional language, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in conducting training programmes for large audiences/groups.
- Strong presentation, public-speaking, communication, and audience-engagement skills.
- Ability to confidently address and manage large groups.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts and communicate them in an engaging and practical manner.
- Good stage presence, confidence, and professional grooming.
- Ability to design and deliver structured and result-oriented training programmes.
- Comfortable travelling to different locations as required.
- Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
