Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Mechatronics
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the mechanical assembly of SPM and automation machines.
- Read and understand basic 2D/3D mechanical drawings.
- Support drilling, tapping, fitting, alignment and machine assembly activities.
- Assist in assembling fixtures, jigs, pneumatic cylinders, sensors, linear guides and other components.
- Learn machine setting, alignment and trial-run procedures.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical and PLC teams during machine assembly.
- Follow safety and quality procedures during machine building.
- Learn SPM assembly, automation equipment and machine commissioning processes.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and tools.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Willingness to learn SPM and industrial automation.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Hands-on interest in mechanical assembly and machine building.
