- Monitor and ensure compliance with traffic management and road safety requirements at site.
- Review and implement Traffic Management Plans, work-zone safety measures, signage, barricading, and diversions.
- Conduct regular safety/traffic inspections and identify potential hazards and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Contractor and Client for protected traffic movement during maintenance and construction activities.
- Maintain records of traffic safety inspections, incidents, and corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IRC/MoRTH specifications and applicable safety standards.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in highway projects. Preferred: Experience in Highway Maintenance, Traffic Management, Road Safety, and work-zone safety.
