Job Summary:
The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological analysis, and ensuring the quality and viability of biofertilizers, biopesticides, and other agri-inputs. The role requires hands-on lab work, process monitoring and data analysis
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and
finished products.
1. Isolate, culture, and maintain microbial strains used in agricultural products
2. Monitor viability, spore count, CFU count, and contamination levels; maintain accurate
records and reports.
1. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines for handling microbial
cultures.
1. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure valuable laboratory practices (GLP).

Provide technical inputs for troubleshooting and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- MSc / M.Tech in Microbiology, Agricultural Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 6 month 1 year of relevant experience in an agricultural microbiology lab or related industry preferred.
