About the RoleThis position is focused on Pure Trade Sales, with responsibility for managing and expanding the dealer/distributor network, driving primary and secondary sales, and strengthening market presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales through the trade channel.
- Manage and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify and appoint new channel partners to expand market coverage.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales, stock movement, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Drive product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Ensure timely collections and appropriate inventory levels across channel partners.
- Develop strong relationships with key trade influencers and customers.

Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the Building Materials / Construction / Interior Industry.
- Prior Pure Trade Sales experience with dealers and distributors is required.




- Experience in Laminates, Plywood, Veneers, Tiles, Hardware, Surfaces, or allied building materials will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Bengaluru market, particularly South Bengaluru, is required.
- Existing relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and trade partners in Bengaluru will be an advantage.
- Robust channel management, negotiation, communication, and sales execution skills.
- English and Kannada proficiency required.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Other Details
- Maximum CTC: ₹7 LPA, based on relevant experience and suitability.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
