Study and analyse the company's sales performance and the wider market, and convert that analysis into strategies for growth across trade schemes, pricing, margins, SKUs, trade terms and marketing activity.

The role also drives the identification and development of recent products from a marketing and trade perspective. It will cover :

- Sales Analysis & Insights
- Trade Schemes & Promotional Effectiveness
- Pack-Price Architecture & SKU Portfolio
- Channel Margin & Trade Terms
- Point of Sale, Merchandising & Marketing Collateral
- Competitive & Market Intelligence
- New Product Development Marketing & Trade
- Market Working (Infrequent)

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in a distributor-led general trade business in North India
- Exposure to modern trade and quick commerce channel economics
- Fluency in Hindi for effective market working
