Role & responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-Signing Audits (PSA) and assess property transformation feasibility.
- Perform property inspections and complete audit documentation as per OYO standards.
- Prepare BOQs and define the scope of work for property transformations.
- Oversee transformation execution, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Manage vendors, negotiations, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor project TAT, resource allocation, launch timelines, and go-live readiness.
- Provide cost, service, and timeline estimates based on audit findings.
- Resolve project challenges and ensure smooth coordination across teams and vendors.
