Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and maintain injection moulds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, mould drawings, and technical specifications.

- Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, milling, turning, and other tool-room operations.

- Carry out mould assembly, dismantling, modification, and repair activities.

- Identify mould/tooling problems and complete corrective actions.

- Conduct preventive maintenance of moulds and tooling to minimize production downtime.

- Check dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for mould-related issues.

- Maintain proper records of mould repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.

- Follow safety procedures, 5S, quality standards, and company procedures.

- Support continuous improvement activities related to tooling and mould performance.
