Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS on demand.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Declarative Scripted/Groovy).

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration.

- Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python.

- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormation.

- Administer and support developer tools, including JFrog Artifactory.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based environments.

- Implement and maintain SLOs, observability, and reliability practices.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.

- Ensure security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines.

Must-Have Skills

- AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch)

- Docker container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)

- Kubernetes (EKS) at scale

- Helm charts and GitOps
- Jenkins pipeline development (Groovy, shared libraries)

- Python scripting and automation
- Git-based workflows and branching strategies

- Robust Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu)

- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

- Infrastructure as Code, Terraform and/or CloudFormation

- Networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, firewalls)

- Shell scripting (Bash)





- Configuration management (Ansible)
- Secrets management and security hardening

- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)

- Service mesh experience (Istio/Envoy)
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)

- JFrog Artifactory administration and repository

Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience

- Strong AWS hands-on (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch)

- Strong Jenkins pipeline development (Declarative + Scripted/Groovy)

- Strong Linux admin (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Experience in CI/CD design and implementation

- Experience in IaC (Terraform and/or CloudFormation)

- Helm + GitOps implementation experience
