Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plastic injection molding tools to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.

- Troubleshoot issues with tooling equipment and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.

- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to detect potential problems before they become major issues.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field.

- Solid knowledge of tool maintenance procedures and best practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using problem-solving skills.

- Experience working as a shift in charge or supervisor in an industrial setting.
