Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Title Search Specialist to conduct property ownership and public record research for residential and commercial properties across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in title searching, ownership verification, lien identification, and property research,



along with the ability to provide SME-level guidance and quality support to the broader search team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed property research using:

- Perform comprehensive checks on:

- Judgments
- Encumbrances.
