Detailed We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing product launch activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing PMO functions, and ensuring successful supply chain execution throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D;, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain,



and Finance to align launch timelines and deliverables.
- Manage PMO activities, including project planning, risk management, status reporting, and resource allocation.
- Drive supply chain product launch activities, ensuring product availability, logistics, and inventory readiness.
- Oversee product life cycle management from concept through launch to post-launch performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain launch plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product introduction process.

Candidate Requirements

- 4 to 15 years of experience in Recent Product Introduction, New Product Launch, PMO, and supply chain product launch.
- Strong knowledge of product life cycle management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Indian market and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
