Role Description The TiE Pune Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring entrepreneurship-focused programs, events, and initiatives for the TiE Pune chapter.
The Program
Manager coordinates with members, charter members, mentors, partners, and vendors, manages program calendars, and ensures smooth logistics and operations for workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events. The role includes tracking program performance, reporting outcomes, managing budgets, and driving participant engagement and satisfaction.

including program promotion, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Program management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking outcomes.
- Stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities to work effectively with members, mentors, partners, and vendors.
- Solid communication skills in spoken and written English, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and event collateral.
- Operational and organizational skills to manage logistics, budgets, and multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, online event platforms, CRM or member databases).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a fast-paced, community-focused workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field; relevant experience in program or event management is highly desirable.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and ecosystem-building; prior experience with nonprofit or membership organizations is a plus.
