Role: TIBCO BW E2 Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO BusinessWorks Enterprise Edition (BW E2) Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application integration, API development, and middleware solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting integration solutions using TIBCO technologies in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW E2).
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Implement enterprise integration patterns and messaging solutions.
- Integrate applications using JMS, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, FTP/SFTP, and databases.
- Create and maintain TIBCO process flows, mappings, and transformations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to middleware and integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to integration best practices.




- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks E2 (BW 6.x/BW E2).
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS).
- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON.
- Good understanding of JMS and messaging-based integration.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
- Experience in deployment and support of TIBCO applications.
- Robust debugging and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk, or related TIBCO products.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
