Responsibilities

Manage end to end policy servicing tasks by updating records and validating information to maintain accurate and compliant policy data across core systems in a night shift hybrid setting.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to resolve policy servicing queries promptly and ensure that customer commitments are met within agreed turnaround times for improved satisfaction.
Utilize advanced MS Office skills to prepare structured spreadsheets dashboards and documents that track servicing volumes errors and performance metrics for management review.




Analyze policy servicing trends using MS Office reports to identify recurring issues and recommend process refinements that enhance accuracy and reduce rework.
Prepare clear and concise policy servicing documentation and process notes to support consistent execution by team members and facilitate knowledge transfer across the function.
Collaborate with quality and compliance stakeholders to ensure that policy servicing activities follow internal guidelines regulatory expectations and audit standards.
