We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and help drive priorities across multiple business functions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy, operations, partnerships, people, finance, and execution.
The ideal candidate is not simply a coordinator or note-taker. You will act as a trusted extension of the CEO, represent leadership in important conversations, drive decisions to completion, and ensure that commitments translate into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted extension and proxy of the CEO across internal and external engagements.
Represent leadership in meetings with clients, partners, senior stakeholders, and business teams when required.
Track CEO and leadership commitments and ensure key actions are followed through to completion.




Own initiatives from decision through execution, coordinating stakeholders and removing blockers.
Manage priorities across multiple business units and identify issues requiring immediate attention.
Translate strategic direction into clear actions, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Work closely with business leaders, Finance, HR, Delivery, and other functions to drive organisational priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across US and India teams and ensure effective communication.
Follow up on contracts, vendor engagements, operational requirements, and other business commitments until closure.
Identify unresolved issues, gaps, and dependencies and proactively drive them toward resolution.
Handle sensitive or difficult conversations and hold stakeholders accountable when necessary.
Support strategic planning, business reviews, operational analysis, and leadership decision-making.
