Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role located in Ahmedabad. The BIM Architect will be responsible for designing and drafting architectural plans, developing and executing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows,



and creating detailed construction and architectural drawings. The responsibilities will also include managing submittals and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications
Expertise in Architecture and developing Architectural Drawings
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and Construction Drawings
Experience managing and reviewing Submittals
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design precision and compliance
Capacity to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Familiarity with construction standards and building codes is a plus
