Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role located in Ongole. The Medical Sales Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, through regular visits and product presentations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, monitoring competitor activity, and providing accurate product and therapeutic information.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for timely supply, handling customer queries and feedback, maintaining detailed call records and reports, and participating in territory planning and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical products and meeting sales objectives.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and follow-up.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand products, indications, and therapeutic areas.
Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field) preferred.
