Snowflake Business Development & GTM Lead – GCC & Global Markets

We are hiring a hands-on Snowflake Business Development & GTM Lead to build and scale our Snowflake business across India GCCs and global markets.
The role is for a strong hunter who can create market presence, generate leads, open new customer conversations, acquire new logos, and convert Snowflake/data-platform opportunities into consulting, implementation, managed-services, and T&M; business.
You will work closely with our Snowflake CoE, including senior architects and delivery teams, to take practical, customer-relevant solutions to market.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Create and execute the GTM strategy for Snowflake services across India GCCs and global customers.
Generate and qualifying leads through networking, outbound sales, partner channels, industry events, and customer referrals.
Build relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, Cloud, Analytics, and GCC leaders.




Position Snowflake-led solutions around data modernization, cloud migration, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, governance, and managed services.
Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution discussions, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, closure, and account growth.
Sell both T&M-based; Snowflake talent deployment and solution/consulting-led engagements.
Work with architects and delivery teams to shape customer proposals, solution roadmaps, and winning presentations.
Build strategic relationships with Snowflake, hyperscaler, and ecosystem partners to create co-sell opportunities.
Bring market feedback to leadership to help expand offerings, improve positioning, and build current business lines.
