We are looking for a strong and experienced Assistant Manager – HOA Operations to lead and manage operational teams and Team Leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving overall operational performance, productivity, quality, client service, and team development.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong people-management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities who can effectively manage multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery against business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop Team Leaders and oversee overall team performance.
Take ownership of operational performance, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Coach and mentor Team Leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and team performance.
Ensure adherence to operational processes, quality standards, and client requirements.
Handle escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, CSAT, and overall operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to achieve business objectives.
Ensure accountability, discipline, and a high-performance culture across teams.
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and present performance reports and operational updates to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
5–8 years of solid operations experience.
2–3+ years of team/people management experience.
Experience managing Team Leaders or multiple teams is preferred.
Experience in BPO, customer operations, property man
