About the Role
All About Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Intern to join our digital marketing agency. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and helping convert opportunities into business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Client Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients for digital marketing and web development services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, online research, and other channels.
Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.




Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with potential clients.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM/Google Sheets.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Support client onboarding and coordination when required.
Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.
Stay updated with digital marketing services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred.
Confidence in speaking with clients over phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
