Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect with approximately 2 years of skilled experience to join our interior design studio IEDesign . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural design, excellent technical drawing skills and a keen interest in commercial interior projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, designers and project teams on the development and execution of commercial interior projects from concept through detailed drawings and site execution.

Responsibilities

Help in preparation of design concepts, Interior design presentation, Mood boards and material boards.
Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Develop working drawings, construction drawings and detailed layouts for commercial interior projects.




Prepare plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts and architectural details.
Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting and structural requirements.
Develop 3D model

Requirements

Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, hospitality, retail or large-scale interior projects will be strongly preferred.
Candidates should have exposure to:
Commercial interior planning
Working/detail drawings
Material detailing
Furniture and joinery detailing
Ceiling and flooring layouts
