Role Description The Data Analyst at Enhance_Resume_Score will work in a full-time, remote capacity, using data to improve resume and profile optimization services. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data on resume performance, ATS compatibility, user engagement, and client outcomes. The role involves building and maintaining data models, performing statistical analysis,



and generating dashboards and reports to guide product improvements and service offerings. The Data Analyst will collaborate with writers and career strategists to translate insights into action, refine targeting strategies, and support data-driven decision making. This position also includes monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and recommending experiments to enhance client success rates.
Qualifications
Robust analytical skills and experience applying Analytical Skills to solve business problems.
Proficiency in Data Analytics, including cleaning, transforming, and visualizing data.
Solid understanding of Statistics to design analyses, interpret results, and validate hypotheses.
Ability to build and maintain Data Modeling structures that support reporting and forecasting.
Effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data
