Role Description The Guest Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at the Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundaes parlour in Perambur. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring that sundaes and other products are served accurately and attractively. The Guest Service Associate will handle billing and cash transactions, manage basic reservations or seating requests,



and maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving and dining areas. The role also includes resolving guest concerns promptly, supporting team members during busy hours, and consistently following company service and hygiene standards. The Guest Service Associate contributes directly to creating a friendly, productive, and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
