Experience: 3–6 years in automotive CAE model building, preferably for Stellantis VEHE (Vehicle Engineering) programs.
Hands-on experience in post-meshing model build activities for vehicle structures.
Robust knowledge of mesh quality checks, model cleanup and validation.
Experience in defining and validating connections, welds, bolts and other FE connectors.
Good understanding of contact definitions and contact validation.
Experience with FE model assembly and integration for vehicle-level simulations.
Basic to intermediate experience in durability analysis/model preparation is preferred.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with latest Stellantis CAE/FE modeling methodologies and standards.
Proficiency in ANSA and relevant CAE tools; familiarity with ABAQUS is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, model quality and adherence to customer-specific processes.
