Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and lending partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned broker accounts
- Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, education, and exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to expand existing broker relationships and generate new business

Business Development




- Prospect and onboard new mortgage broker partners
- Conduct outbound sales activities to increase loan volume and market share
- Present the company‘s loan products, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals

Loan Scenario Support
- Review and discuss loan scenarios with brokers to determine product eligibility
- Recommend appropriate loan programs based on borrower qualifications
- Provide guidance regarding underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and program overlays
- Partner with internal operations and underwriting teams to facilitate successful loan submissions

Sales & Pipeline Management
- Track broker activity and manage opportunities through the CRM system
- Follow up on outstanding loan opportunities and maintain consistent communication throughout the loan process
