The Sr. Proposal Solution Consultant will manage their assigned proposals from end-to-end, including setting up project workspaces in the proposal database, scheduling and facilitating strategy calls, and developing accurate and tailored product-specific responses based upon a prospect or customer's requirements. Skills required include but are not limited to project management, the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace, document editing,
coordinating/collaborating with internal team members, SMEs, and other partners, and deadline management.
The Sr. Proposal Solution Consultant will utilize their product knowledge, proven project management skills, including proactive, clear communication, and critical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and problem-resolution to complete their project tasks on schedule and with high quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Participation in the Request for Proposal process to include:
• Creating and managing workspaces and projects in Ombud
• Serving as project lead for all assigned proposals, taking product first passes on virtually all components of a proposal
• Primary expertise to focus on completing ALL functional components of proposals, including but not limited to:
• HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management
• Following the proposal process, documented guidelines
• Effectively manag
