The Mission
We are not building a traditional marketing department. We are building an autonomous growth engine. We are looking for a technically curious, highly agile marketer to architect and run our AI-native marketing pod. You will lead a small team (yourself + two interns) armed with an outsized AI tech stack to execute the volume and precision of a 20-person enterprise team.

What You Will Do (The Assembly Line)
Architect the Stack — Build and maintain workflows linking our CRM, website, and outbound channels using automation tools (n8n, Make) and AI agents.
Run the Content Factory — Shift from "writing" to "prompting and editing." You will build the templates and system prompts that allow AI to generate high-quality SEO, social, and ad copy at scale.
Lead the Pod — Direct two marketing interns. You will design their daily workflows, shifting their focus away from grunt work and toward data quality, AI output auditing, and community engagement.
Execute Agile Campaigns — Deploy intent-based outbound campaigns, set up energetic website personalizations,



and test ad variants using AI-driven platforms.
Protect the Brand Soul — Act as the final gatekeeper for quality. You ensure our output never sounds like a generic robot, strictly maintaining our voice and strategic edge.

Who You Are
Experience — 2 to 4 years in B2B marketing, growth operations, or a highly technical content role.
AI-Native — You use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity daily. You understand how to write complex, context-rich prompts and are familiar with the concept of agentic workflows.
Technical Chops — You don't need to be a software developer, but you shouldn't be afraid of webhooks, APIs, CRM data structures, or learning tools like Clay, Ploy, or custom GPTs.
Antifragile — You thrive in iterative environments. When a platform algorithm changes or an AI model updates, you adapt the system rather than waiting for a new playbook.
