Purpose of Job:
- Responsible for design, construction and commissioning activities related to electrical projects of Deepak Group at various locations.
- He/ She should be overall responsible for all the electrical discipline activities, coordination with construction management at project site, coordination within the design and construction team of internal and EPCM Consultant and ensure that all capital projects delivered are technically fit for purpose and meet the statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for review and approval of complete Electrical System Design Basis, Technical Specifications, Sizing Calculations, Layouts, RFQ, Contract / Tender documents, BOQ, and all other deliverables.
- Responsible for review and approval of complete Low Voltage System (LVS, Fire Alarm System, CCTV System, IT, LAN & Network System, Telephony System, Public Address System, Attendance System) Design Basis, Technical Specifications, Sizing Calculations, Layouts, RFQ, Contract / Tender documents, BOQ, and all other deliverables.
- Responsible to check data sheets,



electrical system sizing, and procurement of the required electrical equipment/items like Cables, Cable Trays, Lighting Fixture, Transformer, DGs, HT/LT Panels, MCC/PCC Panel, APFC System, Busbars, HT/LT Cables, etc.
- Responsible for leading, coordination, guidance, mentoring, and supervision for design and engineering and to produce project specific deliverables of high quality.
- Guide the Engineering Team in developing engineering deliverables as per the project execution philosophy, carrying out FEED, Pre-bid Engineering and Detail Engineering.
- Responsible for Electrical system Installation engineering including review of 3D model, Cable & Cable Trays Layouts and Hook up diagrams, and MTO.
- Constant coordination and expediting within team (Contractor, Consultant, internal team) and ensure that team is involved, have sufficient information, aware and highly motivated.
