Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at Logicnova Technologies Private Limited. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospects, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings, and present Logicnova’s technology solutions to potential clients. The role includes understanding customer needs, aligning them with suitable automation and data solutions, preparing proposals,



and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The associate will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers. Performance will be measured by sales targets, client conversion rates, and contribution to revenue growth, with compensation tied to achieved results.
Qualifications

Solid sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions, with basic knowledge of digital systems and workflow automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients at different levels.
Experience working in a commission-based or target-driven sales environment, preferably in technology or SaaS.
