About the Role




Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – International to join its global legal team and support the in-house legal function across regulated markets including the USA, Europe, and Canada. The role provides strategic transactional legal support (such as M&A; and licensing arrangements) as well as enablement support to the business, inclusive of the pharmaceutical science and medical organisations.
The Legal Counsel will primarily support the General Counsel based in the EU, together with the global in-house legal team, on global transactional activity, general legal support to the science and medical organisations, contractual review and research, and ad-hoc legal projects.
This is a Hyderabad, India based role. At-facility requirement: work from office five days a week, 12:00 pm – 09:00 pm IST, to enable overlap with US and EU stakeholders.
