Role Description This full time, on-site TGT Social Science role is based in Bewar and involves teaching Social Science subjects to middle and secondary school students. The educator will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum, integrating history, civics, geography, and related social studies topics.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role requires participation in school meetings, examinations, co-curricular activities,



and parent interactions to support student progress. The teacher will also contribute to developing teaching materials, coordinating with colleagues, and staying updated with best practices in Social Science education.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Social Science or related disciplines, with the ability to connect concepts across history, civics, geography, and general science.
- Well-developed analytical skills to assess student performance, interpret data, and refine teaching strategies.
- Clear and effective communication skills for classroom instruction, student guidance, and collaboration with parents and colleagues.
- Educational background in Education, Social Science, or related fields, preferably with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in conducting research or using inquiry-based learning methods to enrich classroom discussions and projects.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively, use age-appropriate teaching methods, and support diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, student assessment, and maintaining academic records.
- Prior teaching experience at the middle or secondary level is preferred.
