CMS Info Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Service Manager to manage and drive field service operations across:

Service Area:

New Delhi Territory ( New Delhi, Uttarakhand & UP West)

Office : Faridabad, Haryana, India (6 days working from office)

Position: Territory Service Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry: Field Service / Service Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor field service operations across the assigned territory as per defined SLA and service standards .
- Lead and effectively manage a team of Field Engineers, Team Leaders, Stock Controllers and MIS personnel .
- Ensure timely resolution of service calls and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction .
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance and field activities.
- Ensure proper planning and utilization of field resources across the territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth service operations.
- Monitor spare parts/stock inventory and ensure proper stock control and utilization.
- Review and maintain MIS reports, service performance reports and operational dashboards .
- Take ownership of payment collection , including: AMC payments, Sale of spare parts & Product.




- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collection.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies and service quality standards.
- Travel across the assigned territory as required for operational reviews and customer visits.

Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Field Service / Service Operations / Territory Management.
- Strong experience in managing field service teams and operations .
- Proven experience in handling Field Engineers, Team Leaders, Stock Controllers and MIS .
- Valuable understanding of SLA-based service operations and customer management .
- Experience in payment collection and outstanding recovery will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
