Coffee Day Beverages is looking for a driven and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.

With 59,000+ installations across India, Coffee Day Beverages is a leading player in the beverage vending segment, serving customers across corporate offices, institutions, retail, hospitality, transportation hubs and other key segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets for machines and value.
- Manage sales across B2B, SME, Institutional and Retail segments.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets for the assigned region.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
- Manage distribution and channels to maximize regional business performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales growth.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and maximize regional ROI.




- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong focus on cost efficiency, integrity and business profitability.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM
- Experience: 0–5 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of the local market and regional language.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and demonstration skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and results-oriented.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills.
