Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee subscription billing and collection activities; ensure timely revenue realization.

Manage active subscriber base monitoring and reporting to support growth and retention.

Generate and maintain monthly subscriber reports from DPOs.

Handle IRD (Integrated Receiver Decoder) inventory and coordinate IRD/VC sampling for tracking and auditing purposes.

Conduct TS (Transport Stream) recording and piracy checks to ensure compliance and signal security.

Update channel mapping,



ensuring channel availability and desired LCNs.

Perform field visits to DPOs and LCOs to strengthen partnerships and monitor ground activities.

Partnership with Local Cable Operators (LCOs): Engage and collaborate with LCOs to upsell OYC / Broadband and Watcho products strengthen their customer base and reduce churn.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build trust and long-term relationships with LCOs

Basic troubleshooting for connectivity and service issues.

Upselling and cross-selling of TV, DTH & broadband products.

Drive lead generation, conversion, and account maintenance for current and existing business opportunities.

Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on operational highlights.
