About the Company

Paras Colours Industries Private Limited is expanding its presence across Maharashtra and is looking to strengthen its sales team with experienced professionals from the paint industry.

Key Responsibilities

Expand and strengthen dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales growth targets

Drive timely payment recoveries from dealers and distributors

Build and maintain robust market and channel relationships

Identify new business opportunities within the territory

Required Qualifications & Experience





Minimum 4 years of experience in paint sales (mandatory)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong network and relationships within the paint dealer/distributor ecosystem in the region

Good communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary: 20,000 30,000/month

Monthly performance incentives and bonuses

Daily Allowance (DA) and Travel Allowance (TA)
