Role Description The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, and preparing comprehensive proposals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to gather required information, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines, and submitting tender documents within specified deadlines. The role also involves maintaining records of tender submissions, tracking outcomes, and providing insights to improve future tender strategies.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna,



requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Tender Management and Procurement skills to handle complete tender lifecycles and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate tender specifications, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the tender process.
- Candidates should possess proficient Proposal Writing skills to create accurate, persuasive, and well-structured tender documents.
- Relevant experience in tendering, sales support, or procurement, preferably in technology or services sectors.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
